Deposits
New Clients: A $30 deposit is required to secure the appointment.
Current Clients: You do not need to send a deposit unless you rescheduled/cancelled less than 24 hours before our previous appointment.

The deposit will go towards the appointment. Please e-Transfer to kaylashery@gmail.com within 24 hours of booking. The remaining balance will be due at the end of our appointment.
Rescheduling/Cancellations
Please provide more than 24 hours notice if you'd like to reschedule/cancel.
Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your $30 deposit (if applicable) and a new $30 deposit will be required for your next appointment.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule/cancel our appointment.
Your $30 deposit (if applicable) will be forfeited and a new $30 deposit will be required for the next appointment.

Please reschedule/cancel if you have:
- flu/cold symptoms
- COVID-19
- been in close contact with someone that's sick
Lash Fills
To be eligible for a lash fill, you must have 50% of extensions remaining.
This is because after removing the old extensions, you will have ~30-40% left.

After 3 weeks, our appointment will automatically be a full set.
Mini Fills
To be eligible for a mini fill, you must book this within 10 days of the original appointment.
Anything after 10 days will be considered as a regular lash fill.
​
These appointments are one hour long. They are not applicable for external fills nor eligible for complimentary touchups.
Trainings/Workshops
Volume Lash Extension Training: Please provide proof of your Classic certification to enroll in our Volume course.
​
Classic Applications Workshop: Please provide proof of your Classic course enrolment.
​
Volume Fanning Workshop: Please provide proof of your Volume course enrolment.
​
All trainings and workshops require a $300 nonrefundable deposit. Please e-Transfer to kaylashery@gmail.com within 24 hours of booking. The remaining balance will be due 1 week before the first training date.
General Policies
Please remove contact lenses prior to lash extension removal.

Arrive with clean lashes so we can spend more time lashing and to maximize your retention.

No guests/pets are permitted in the studio.

We accept e-Transfer (kaylashery@gmail.com), exact cash, debit, or credit.
​
We do not offer refunds.
Discounts are non-transferable.

If you're experiencing excessive fall out after our appointment*, please contact us within 48 hours for a complimentary touchup**.
* excludes external fills as we can't guarantee 100% of the lashes since we didn't do 100% of the set
** must be booked within 1 week of the original appointment
